Teen plastic surgery tops the list of cosmetic events in 2004
The trend of teenagers embracing plastic surgery headlines the cosmetic events of last year, according to a recent survey. Teen surgery-seekers seem to be ever-present in the news and on reality shows. However, those under 18 still make up only four percent of all cosmetic procedures. While their numbers have increased, teenagers remain a small part of the overall plastic surgery population.
