Sha Ross was just 2 when she started competing in beauty pageants -- and she won
a lot of trophies and titles.
But perhaps one of her most prized titles came at 18 when she was selected to appear in the college girl edition of "Playboy."
But Ross didn't like the pictures. In fact, she said her nearly perfect body that others thought was perfect, wasn't so perfect to her. Ross wanted to look more glamorous, so while the college girl edition was being printed, Ross went from girl next door to an almost completely different person (pictured, below left).
She said, "I had breast augmentation. I was, like, a large B-small C. (Now) I'm about large D -- double D. I had lip enhancements and I had a little lipo under the chin."
She had the surgery even after "Playboy" advised her not to. "I felt she might be jeopardizing her future with 'Playboy' by getting enhancements," Chernoff said. And while Ross is happy with her body altering decision "Playboy" isn't.
"She's not the girl we photographed the first time," said Jeff Cohen, publisher and editor of "Playboy" special editions.
Cohen, had Ross scheduled for a future issue but isn't so sure the magazine will use her again. Ross says if her "Playboy" career ends here, she's fine with that because she's finally the person she wants to be. "I like blond hair, big boobs, big lips," she said. "I like that whole glamorous look."http://www.local10.com/entertainment/2708581/detail.html
